Complaints about a provider
Camarillo Pool Resurfacing doesn't perform the work, so disputes about pricing, workmanship, scheduling, or damage are between you and the provider, under your agreement with it. We still want to hear about it:
- Contact the provider first. Put your concern in writing and keep copies of estimates, contracts, invoices, photos, and messages.
- Tell us. Let us know which provider it was and what happened. We look into concerns and may stop sending requests to providers who don't treat homeowners fairly.
- Use official channels if needed.
- Contractor licensing: the California Contractors State License Board accepts complaints about licensed and unlicensed contractors at cslb.ca.gov.
- Consumer protection: the Ventura County District Attorney’s office and the California Department of Consumer Affairs provide consumer complaint resources.
- Emergencies: for anything unsafe, call 911 or your utility.
